This little gem of a recipe has been sitting in my recipe folder for a long time and it’s one I don’t think to cook nearly enough. It’s got a punch of spice and heaps of sticky sweetness in the sauce and we all love it.
You’ll see in the recipe notes that I’ve doubled the sauce recipe from the original. This is because we’re always hustling for the last of the sauce to spoon over our rice. Easy solution? Double it down, baby!
