I love coconut and my most favourite way to eat it is freshly cut in big, juicy chunks. Coconut has an extensive list of healing properties, but most importantly it’s a natural cleanser for our stomachs and therefore very helpful for the digestion issues I’ve been having.
I tend to buy lots of fresh coconuts, overdose on them, then have a bit of a break. Well I think it’s time for another dose of coconut, so I’ve put together a few sweet & savoury recipes to keep me inspired. I’ll have to skip the sweet ones but it doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun!
