60 day challenge : getting ready!

60 day challenge paleo sugar free grain free - hello little house

Number 4 on my to-do list for 2013 was a 60 day health challenge.  So here it is!

    Woo hoo!!! In a penny in for pound (unless that pound isn’t paleo of course, then I won’t touch it!) I am so looking forward to doing this with you.

    I am so interested in this, but having a hard time considering giving up grains entirely! I’m starting with no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, low-carb. Good luck with your endeavors!
