This was pretty incredible. In fact it was a race to get the lasagne made because my boys were stealing the tomato and pesto sauce by the (sloppy) spoonful!
We’ll be making this again, although next time I think I’ll add a Béchamel sauce to the top. I haven’t had a chance to try it this way yet and I’m not sure how well the Béchamel sauce would set, but it’s worth a try.
You will definitely need to use a foil liner with this recipe and I also recommend brushing the foil lightly with olive oil.
