The photo says it all – I’ve got a whole lotta love for this granola. At one point I was actually eating it from the slow cooker with a spoon before it had finished cooking.
You can eat it as a trail mix-type snack, have it with yoghurt, with milk or even ice-cream (yes please!). The best bit is that it’s a recipe you can make completely your own by swapping in and out whichever ingredients you like. More nuts, less nuts. More coconut, less coconut. Extra honey, no honey. Any dried fruit you fancy. The choice is yours!
