Good ol’ corned beef!
We cook corned beef quite regularly in our household because it’s a great option for lunches during the week. My husband loves it in sandwiches and my boys love it sliced on a plate with some olives and cherry tomatoes.
This is by far the best way of cooking corned beef and I’ll never go back to boiling it on the stove. I can put the slow cooker on at night and the corned beef is beautifully cooked and moist the next morning. I don’t know why it took me so long to try this…
