This isn’t a recipe, but it is a great idea for an afternoon snack. It came about because the cupboards and fridge were looking sparse and I was sure we could find something to get us through to dinner. Some leftover haloumi and a few capsicum strips from the back of the fridge and… voila!
This would be perfect if you are on a low carb eating plan. Or if you really love haloumi (like I do). Keep in mind that a little bit of haloumi goes a long way though.
