I’ve been looking for a nutty type snack that the boys and I can have for an afternoon treat. Judging by the way these were inhaled a minute after I took this photograph, I would say we have success!
This is a great recipe that you can adjust to make your own – for example, I found this a little too sweet for my taste so next time I’ll leave out the honey and increase the nut butter and coconut oil. I would also like to try them with a little protein powder for a high-energy snack.
Either way, this recipe is a great starting point.
