There hasn’t been a lot of cooking, organising or blogging this week. I’ve been busy with lots of things – some exciting (like my little man turning 2!) and some not so exciting (like assignments for my night class).
But the good news is that I have a wonderful weekend ahead of me and there’s always time for a little recipe love.
I saw these clever gingerbread Dalmatians and decided a tribute to ginger was in order. Freshly grated, powdered, crushed, in a drink – it’s all good.
Like I said… clever. I don’t think I would ever have the patience for that kind of detail.
I’ve made this cake a few times and it really is divine.
Ginger wine ganache? Say no more.
A hotdog, but a little bit schmancy. I might have to try these out on the hubby.
