Lemon crumb bites

Lemon crumb bites with text HLH

Okay, so I know I’ve been a little bit citrus crazy lately (here and here), but it comes from a genuine need to use up some of the dozens of lemons we have ripening in our backyard.

Besides, who wouldn’t love little bites of brown sugar and rolled oat crumbs, with condensed milk and lemon tang sweetness?

These look amazing! I only have oranges on hand so I think I’ll make orange cinnamon bites!

could you please tell me what plain flour is? Is it the same as All Purpose flour? 1 1/2 cups of it? Thanks!

Hi Heather, yes plain flour is the same as all purpose flour. We all seem to call it different things! Here’s a really good webpage that shows each type of flour what the American & British equivalent is (you might need to copy & paste this into your browser) http://www.food.com/library/flour-64
